The Senior Solutions Consultant will engage directly with clients to diagnose problems, design solutions, and oversee the development of applications, while also playing a key role in pre-sales activities and client engagement.ResponsibilitiesRun discovery sessions that surface root business challenges, not just surface symptomsChallenge assumptions, reframe problems, and guide clients toward scalable outcomesPresent confidently to stakeholders at every level, from operations teams to the C-suiteNavigate difficult conversations, manage scope, and build lasting trust as a strategic advisorPartner with sales to lead requirements-gathering before contracts are signedBuild proof-of-concept solutions and prototypes that help prospects see the visionFacilitate solution demos that connect platform capabilities to specific client goalsAuthor accurate, defensible levels of effort and scoping documents that protect both sidesArchitect and build solutions from process mapping through deploymentTranslate complex business requirements into scalable, well-documented application designsDevelop integrations and automations that eliminate manual work and drive efficiencyTake full accountability for project outcomes: timeline, scope, quality, and client satisfactionFlag risks proactively and escalate blockers before they become visible to the clientProduce clear documentation: process maps, requirements specs, training materials, and handoff guidesMentor junior consultants and contribute to a culture of high standardsShare lessons learned, contribute to the internal knowledge base, and improve team processesSkills3 or more years in a client-facing consulting, solutions engineering, or advisory roleProven track record leading discovery, requirements-gathering, and executive-level presentationsDemonstrated ability to challenge clients constructively and guide them toward better outcomesStrong written and verbal communication is importantComfortable in ambiguityA bias toward ownership2 or more years of hands-on experience designing and building low-code applications across one or more platforms (QuickBase, Airtable, Smartsheets, MS Power Apps, Workato, Zapier, MS Power Automate)Proficient in relational database design, including how data modeling decisions affect application behavior and business logicProven hands-on experience building system integrations via APIs and webhooksProfessional experience developing custom applications or integrations with JavaScriptWorking knowledge of AWS (Lambda, API Gateway) or Azure (Function Apps, Logic Apps) ecosystemsExpert-level data analysis skills, including the ability to model, interrogate, and present complex data sets in ways that drive client decisionsPre-sales or solutions engineering experienceBackground in software implementation, business process management, or enterprise consultingExperience building formal business cases and ROI analyses, including the ability to quantify operational impact and present findings to executive stakeholdersExperience advising clients on AI adoption and integrating AI capabilities directly into low-code solutionsFamiliarity with AI-assisted development and prompt engineering applied in a consulting contextActive certification in QuickBase, WorkatoBenefitsFully Remote Work from anywhere in the USBonus + Profit Sharing Performance tied directly to rewardFull Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401kDevelopment Funding Professional development budget includedCompany OverviewQuandary Consulting Group is a business process consulting company that provides innovative software solutions.
