They are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to support enterprise customers in the Oil and Gas industries, responsible for the technical sales process and collaborating with various teams to deliver tailored solutions.ResponsibilitiesPartner with account executives on technical strategy and sales process for accounts in your territoryBe the technical solution expert across platform capabilities, including AI, data modeling and planning applicationsLead discovery sessions that move beyond features and functions to uncover critical business needsDesign and deliver tailored, narrative-driven demos that directly address customer pain points and showcase a clear vision for their futureExecute proof-of-concept workshops that prove Anaplan's value in the customer’s own contextServe as the voice of the customer to our product management teams, ensuring your insights from the field shape the future of the Anaplan platformCoordinate and align specialist and product teams to help position multi-product solutions and mature complex opportunities to closeDevelop a multi-year technology vision and roadmap with your customers in cooperation with the Anaplan Customer Success teamSkills7+ years of experience in a presales, solution consulting, or business transformation role (SaaS/enterprise software preferred)Experience working with companies in the Oil and Gas and Manufacturing IndustriesKnow how to collaborate with account executives and own the technical sales process, including account strategy, discovery, demos, solution roadmaps and other technical validation stepsStrong grasp of value-based selling and storytellingSkilled with problem solving at the intersection of technology and businessProven ability to make complex ideas sound simple, clear, and persuasive with experience in public speakingFamiliarity with Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing or Automotive specific processes in finance and supply chain planningKnowledge of enterprise AI platforms, GenAI, Agentic frameworks, machine learning, and data integrationHands-on experience with enterprise planning processes and solutions (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Workforce, Sales Performance) preferredFamiliarity with EPM, CPM, BI, or ERP systems is a strong assetCompany OverviewAnaplan is a business planning software company that develops a cloud platform for decision-making with connected planning modeling.
