[Remote] Senior Software QA Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Software QA Engineer to execute manual and automation test cases, design and maintain test cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and reliability.ResponsibilitiesExecute manual and automation test cases for the application suite, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure software quality and reliabilityDesign, create, and maintain comprehensive test cases in Azure DevOps based on user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirementsPerform thorough defect identification, documentation, and tracking through the complete resolution lifecycle, ensuring clear reproduction steps and severity classificationActively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint demos, daily standups, and test case peer reviewsCollaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to define test coverage, validate requirements, and ensure alignment with business objectivesDevelop and maintain automation test scripts for the application suite to increase test efficiency and coverage (preferred)Support Deg and QA/UAT validation testing during release cyclesContribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing best practicesSkillsBS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of manual software testing experienceProficiency in manual test case design and executionProficiency in test management tools (Azure DevOps or similar)Proficiency in SQL Server (ability to write basic queries for data validation)Proficiency in API testing concepts (RESTful services)Strong attention to detail and analytical mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to understand complex business workflowsWillingness to develop deep expertise in medical billing domainGood collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teamsQuick learner and able to adapt in fast-paced environmentDevelop and maintain automation test scripts for the application suite to increase test efficiency and coverageExperience with medical billing, healthcare claims processing, or insurance domainAutomation test writing experience (Selenium, Coded UI Editor)Familiarity with web application testing (.NET Framework applications)Familiarity with database testing and data verificationUnderstanding of medical billing workflowsKnowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding systemsFamiliarity with Auto Insurance claims processingExperience with medical bill review systemsExposure to automation testing toolsExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionHealth Savings Accounts / Flexible Spending AccountsLife and AD&D Insurance401(k)Tuition ReimbursementAn array of resources that encourage a lifetime of healthier livingBenefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time statusCompany OverviewEnlyte is an information service company that provides case management, clinical software, and auto-physical damage solutions.
