Madhive is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their engineering team, focusing on building and improving the systems that power their advertising platform.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain features across our frontend and backend systems, with a strong emphasis on clean, maintainable codeContribute to the design and implementation of UI components that give teams and clients strong visibility into system behavior and performanceSupport backend services with a focus on data accuracy, system reliability, and operational excellenceCollaborate with teammates to enhance observability and monitoring through dashboards, alerts, and instrumentationContribute to the design and implementation of ad-tech-scale data and ML solutionsWrite automated tests and contribute to ongoing improvements in tooling, coverage, and qualityParticipate in code reviews, share feedback, and help drive alignment on technical decisionsCollaborate with product and engineering partners to scope work, refine requirements, and deliver features on timeSkills5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer working with modern frontend and backend technologiesBackground in adtech, including hands-on experience with ad serving, pixels, tracking, measurement, or related systemsSolid backend development skills. We use Golang, but experience with any modern backend language is welcomeStrong experience with React or a comparable frontend framework preferredFamiliarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Looker, OpenTelemetry, Centry, or New RelicA strong interest in data science/machine learning concepts, or hands-on experience with high-throughput, ad-tech scale data solutionsComfortable working with automated testing frameworks and contributing to an overall testing cultureStrong communicator who works well with cross-functional teams and enjoys solving complex problems in a collaborative environmentA thoughtful engineer who cares about reliability, usability, and building things the right wayCompany OverviewMadhive is a tech company engineered for modern TV advertising.
