[Remote] Senior Software Developer, API

They are seeking an innovative senior engineer to design, build, and optimize cutting-edge generative AI models and intelligent agent systems. Responsibilities • Develop and implement AI-driven automation tools that streamline operations and workflows across multiple teams • Leverage context engineering and prompt engineering to optimize AI performance • Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance information retrieval relevance • Stay on the leading edge with the latest developments in automation technologies, machine learning, and AI, recommending and integrating advancements into Spokeo’s engineering team and operations • Develop and deploy Agentic AI systems • Analyze and optimize AI performance; ensure AI systems are efficient, scalable, and reliable • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other software developers on cross-functional teams Skills • At least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science • 7+ years of experience programming in Python is required • 3+ years of experience with prompt engineering and/or context engineering • Experience using Tensor Flow to build RAG-based MCP servers is a plus • Familiarity with language models, model-tuning, and other natural language processing tools is a plus Benefits • Bonus program • Equity plans • 401K • 100% medical/dental/vision coverage • Unlimited employee PTO Company Overview • Spokeo is a search engine providing more than 18 million unique monthly visitors valuable data records about people.
