They are seeking a Senior Servicing Analyst to provide loan servicing and monitoring support for corporate and commercial lending portfolios, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines while addressing complex customer requests.ResponsibilitiesAddresses more complex escalated customer requests and transactions or escalates with recommendationsProvides advice and guidance to assigned business/group on implementation of solutionsDevelops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needsBuilds change management plans of varying scope and type; leads or participates in a variety of change management activities including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiativesParticipates in defining the communication plan designed to positively influence or change behaviour; develops tailored messaging; and identifies appropriate distribution channelsMay act as Team Lead and assist manager in activities such as coordination and scheduling of work, workload management, resource forecasting, quality control, training, coaching team members and problem resolutionProcesses more complex transactions and activitiesResearches and resolves discrepancies and issues or escalates to manager, as requiredProvides input into the planning and implementation of operational programsProvides input to manager in relation to team performance discussionsLeads/participates in the design, implementation and management of core business/group processesIdentifies business needs, designs/develops tools and training programs; may include delivery of training to audiencesActs as the day to day contact for vendors; supports the implementation, maintenance, and sustainment of vendor solutionsCollaborates to execute loan servicing and monitoring requestsPrepares customer notifications and billings, and processes services and transactions including (but not limited to) loan advances/payments, wire transfers, billing for principal/interest/fees, monitoring collateral positions, financial exceptions, etcExecutes and manages documentation to ensure that records are maintained in a proper mannerAnalyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendationsCollaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectivesSupports change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activitiesBuilds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholdersFocus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader, enterprise-wide focusExercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rulesWorks independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situationsBroader work or accountabilities may be assigned as neededTake measured risks while protecting the bank by applying our Risk Management Framework in the execution of your role, in line with our Risk Culture and within our approved Risk Appetite, making sound and risk informed decisions that align to business strategy, protect assets, and adhere to applicable policy documents (Frameworks, Policies, Standards, Procedures and Supporting documents), laws and regulationsSkillsTypically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experienceKnowledge and understanding of business unit's products and services, processes and controls – In-depthKnowledge of standard desktop applications (i.e. Excel, etc.) and department systems and applications – In-depthUnderstanding of business unit's risk and regulatory requirements – In-depthAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environmentTechnical proficiency gained through education and/or business experienceVerbal & written communication skills - In-depthCollaboration & team skills - In-depthAnalytical and problem solving skills - In-depthInfluence skills - In-depthData driven decision making - In-depthBenefitsBMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.BMO also offers health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.Company OverviewWe’re a bank, but there’s more to it than that.
