[Remote] Senior Security Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Security Engineer to perform day-to-day integrations with WAM services and interact with customers to align their needs with IAM standards.ResponsibilitiesPerforms day-to-day integrations with the WAM services (Ping Federate, Ping Access and as technology changes) based on customer requirements in a timely mannerInteract with customers on a regular basis to understand their use cases, guide them to align with IAM standards, and work with them to make appropriate changes in our Ping Federate and Ping Access environmentsPerform routine maintenance of Ping Fed, Ping Access products and be able to upgrade or patch as operational needs requireExperience in incident troubleshooting for application issues, product debugging, and L3 support as an SMEWorking knowledge of LDAP, directories like Radiantlogic, Microsoft Active Directory or any cloud directory is a mustShowcase good verbal and written communication skillsSkills7+ years Information Technology experience with at least 5 years in IAM functionKnowledge of Linux, Unix and Microsoft operating systemsKnowledge of TCP/IP protocols5-8 years of Ping Federate, Ping Access experience with installation/deployment and extensive application policy integrationsWorking knowledge of LDAP, directories like Radiantlogic, Microsoft Active Directory or any cloud directory is a mustShowcase good verbal and written communication skillsCurrent relevant information security certification, (e.g. Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)Deployment experience in AWS cloud and VM environments is nice to haveExperience working in a globally distributed enterprise environmentExperience with monitoring use case implementation methodologies2-3 years of directory (AD, VDS etc.) integration experienceConcepts like multifactor authentication should be known, and deployment experience with any vendor product is acceptableBasic code development skills are preferredCompany OverviewARK Solutions is an IT company that offers software consultancy services.
