[Remote] Senior Security Engineer

The Senior Security Engineer will lead efforts to build defensive controls and secure Operational Technology and Industrial Control Systems environments, ensuring the security of Anduril's advanced defense technology products.ResponsibilitiesLead OT risk assessments, gap analyses, and develop a multi-year OT security roadmapArchitect and implement defensive security controls for cloud, production, and corporate environmentsSupport the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of security toolsBuild systems to support automation, visibility, and threat detection for efforts across various information security and infrastructure teamsIndependently drive security initiatives and foster a security-first mindset across the organizationWork closely with factory production teams to review designs and use-cases, ensuring our environments are secure by designSkillsExperience with routing, switching, and network design principlesFamiliarity with zero trust architecture and segmentation strategies when it comes to OT networksExperience conducting security architecture or design reviews for OT/ICS environmentsExperience with threat modeling frameworks and applying these concepts to the OT/ICS domain (e.g. MITRE ATT&CK for ICS)Experience with programming in one or more general purpose languages (Python, Go, Rust, etc)Experience developing and implementing defensive controls in corporate and industrial production environmentsAbility to work autonomously and take ownership of complex projectsHave participated in or supported incident response eventsEligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearanceAbility to travel up to 50%Familiarity with OT protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, Ethernet/IP) and ICS environmentsExperience with specific ICS/SCADA vendor platforms (Siemens, Rockwell, Honeywell, etc.)Experience building bespoke solutions in high-growth high-complexity network environmentsStrong experience with Linux operating systemsBenefitsHighly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.Anduril offers top-tier benefits for full-time employees, including: Our comprehensive, competitive benefits package (available at little to no cost to employees) ensures you’re supported in health, recovery, and whatever comes next.Company OverviewAnduril Industries is a defense technology company that specializes in developing advanced autonomous systems to enhance national security.
