Opportunity for career advancement and potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role Fully remote position, offering flexibility in work arrangements Access to health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options Work in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on transformation and continuous improvement Be part of a major transformation to modern delivery workflows and practices What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Serve as Scrum Master across multiple cross-functional Agile teams, coaching on Scrum, Lean, and Agile best practices Drive delivery performance using flow-based metrics and facilitate continuous improvement conversations Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews Support cross-team planning, dependency tracking, and alignment with Product, Engineering, and leadership stakeholders Identify and remove impediments to ensure teams can focus on delivery and performance What Is Required (Qualifications) Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments Proven experience supporting multiple teams in enterprise or scaled Agile environments Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles Experience using metrics to drive delivery improvement and working in transformation or evolving Agile environments Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience supporting cloud, DevOps, or data platform teams Familiarity with test automation, CI/CD, and modern delivery practices Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, PSM, etc.) Strong interest or experience in AI-enabled workflows and tools Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Rally, or VersionOne AutomotiveTechnology #AgileDelivery #RemoteWork #ScrumMaster #ContinuousImprovement We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
