They are seeking a Senior Scheduling Analyst responsible for tracking resource allocation and driving scheduling processes to meet client needs across the organization.ResponsibilitiesDriving scheduling processConsistent coordination of resources with the leadership team and national scheduling organizationProposing project teams by matching availability and employee skillsets to appropriate projectsWeekly monitoring and follow up on unassigned resourcesProactive and frequent communication with Partner teamTime off approvals and monitoringMonitor team utilizationCross Service Line coordinationEscalating issues appropriately to National SchedulingBuilding PowerPoint deck for weekly leadership callActive participation in weekly leadership calls, capturing notes and reflecting resulting changes in OpenAir scheduling systemWeekly 1:1 Partner meetingsFollow-up on outstanding resource requestsAssignments for unassigned resourcesWorking as part of a national scheduling organization to drive utilization and help meet client needs firmwideAssist in driving maintenance of skills database and updated bios for all employeesDevelop career skills of our professionals by putting them on projects that match current skills or to increase knowledge and broaden skillsetsStay connected to the team to understand desired experiencesWeekly and monthly reports and analysis to Partner team to assist in driving business decisionsIdentify new analysis needed as business needs changeEnsure accuracy of data in OpenAir scheduling systemWork with Finance and IT teams to automate Tableau reports, as neededSkillsStrong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Specific Excel skills desired include ability to work with pivot tables, large data sets, and reporting at a management levelDemonstrates strong initiative, proactively planning, and resourcefulnessAble to maintain accurate reporting in a dynamic environmentHighly detail-oriented, organized, and responsibleAble and willing to learn and apply new technology and conceptsAbility to maintain strict confidentialityOutstanding written, verbal, and diplomacy skillsPositive energy and a great attitudeExtremely professional, personable, friendly, and an overall team player3+ years prior relevant experience requiredCollege degree or equivalent (GPA 3.0 or above)Workday experience preferred but not requiredBenefitsHealth insurance packagesWellness programsOne-on-one coaching programCareer development opportunitiesCompany OverviewConnor Group is a professional services firm helping ambitious companies push through their finance, accounting, and technology obstacles.
