[Remote] Senior SAP/IT Business Analyst - R2R

The role involves managing the R2R process, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring the integration of SAP applications with core systems.ResponsibilitiesEnsure project milestones and goals are met by collaborating with users to develop functional requirements, conducting FIT-GAP analysis, creating detailed functional specifications, reviewing technical specifications, preparing use case scenarios and test scripts, implementing functional testing, and preparing cut-over plansEvaluate requirements and satellite application integration needs, translating them into detailed functional specifications for SAP R2R modulesBe a liaison between the business process team, partners, and technology teams to resolve support issuesCollaborate with teams to perform system integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testingWork with R2R team members and other value stream teams to ensure cohesive collaboration, including Change Management, Application Development, Technology, and Data teams, and managing relationships with the System Integrator teamDevelop knowledge and competency in super users and subject matter experts, ensuring instructional materials are accurate and providing expertise for end-user trainingStay informed on industry trends, changes in R2R regulations, and future SAP developments relevant to your process areasSkillsA Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science7+ years of experience supporting the R2R processesPrior experience working with a manufacturing companyKnowledge of cost structure models in SAPPrior experience with cost roll in SAPDirect knowledge of cost buckets in SAPKnowledge of SAP best practices, standard R2R processes, and master data managementHands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting SAP R2R modulesExperience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and trainingAbility to guide and coach technical teammates on functional aspects, ensuring development aligns with initial designProject management skills in planning, tracking, reporting and risk mitigationExperience in end-to-end SAP R2R implementation in the discrete manufacturing process with a manufacturing organizationExperience with business applications integration with SAP R2R modules and data warehouseExperience with SAP S4/HANA CloudBenefitsComprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefitsFamily building benefits, including paid maternity/paternity leave10 paid holidays and Paid Time OffContinued professional development opportunities and educational reimbursementAdditional perks such as fitness reimbursements and employee discount programsCompany OverviewWe are a global leader of quality water solutions for residential, industrial, municipal, and commercial settings.
