[Remote] Senior Sap Finance Control Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NeerInfo Solutions is seeking a Senior SAP Finance Control Consultant to contribute to various phases of the consulting lifecycle. The role involves business process consulting, solution development, and project management, guiding teams and ensuring successful project delivery across SAP FICO submodules.ResponsibilitiesDefine the problem, propose and create the solutionPlay an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solutionGuide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability buildingHelp detail the project scopeLead Finance teams and ensure on-time delivery across the various sub-areasMust have in depth understanding of FICO processes covered or related to GL, AR, AP, AA, IO, CCA, PC, COPA, Integration, tax processes etcConfiguration experience across all S/4 Finance sub-modules (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cost Center /Profit Center Accounting etcGood understanding of period end closing process in S/4HANAAccounts Payable with focus on Payment Execution, Workflow Approval, Outputs, and Bank IntegrationPayment Outputs and Mediums – EFT, Checks, Positive Pay, FactoringPayment Output Integration with several banks, providers, & supplier portalsDesign for Non-PO Invoice solution with approval matrix workflowWorking knowledge of System Landscape Transformation Server (SLT), Application Interface Framework (AIF), Application Link Enabling (ALE), and Master Data Governance (MDG)Experience across different SAP FICO projects along with at least two S/4 Finance implementation projectsStrong client facing experience, great communication and presentations skillsGood understanding of the functional integration aspects with other SAP modulesExperience in working with standard FIORI appsKnowledge of the new features introduced by SAP in S/4 latest versionResponsible for functional documentation of solutions and transfer of knowledge within the teamOrganize and facilitate workshops. Perform end-user training and supportExperience of working in Agile methodology will be an advantageShould be familiar with tools like Service Now, Autosys, Charm, JiraExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent Planning and Co-ordination skillsAbility to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshoreFull life cycle implementation cycle with Blueprinting, fit gap analysis, configurations, data migrations, cutovers and go- live experienceExperience in SAP S/4HANA FinanceRelevant SAP certifications in SAP FICOSkillsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
