[Remote] Senior Salesforce Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cherokee Nation is seeking a highly motivated and Salesforce-certified Salesforce Consultant to support a USCIS initiative. This role involves collaborating with clients to gather business requirements and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions through design, configuration, testing, and deployment.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Nonprofit CloudProvide technical and functional leadership to cross-functional project teams; mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal best practices, accelerators, and solution frameworksDesign and implement automation using Flow, Approval Processes, Einstein features, and other declarative tools; optimize business processes to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiencyEnsure automation is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with governance and compliance standardsPartner with stakeholders to validate designs via prototypes and iterative feedback cyclesFacilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to capture business, functional, and technical requirements; translate needs into solution designs, user stories, and implementation roadmapsServe as a strategic advisor on Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture, and optimization opportunitiesDesign scalable data and security models, and automation frameworks aligned to federal requirementsConfigure and customize Salesforce using declarative tools and best-practice architecture patternsPerforms other job-related duties as assignedSkillsUS Citizen AND an active DHS Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain this clearanceSalesforce-certified Salesforce Consultant6 years of hands-on Salesforce consulting or implementation experience; minimum 9 years of overall professional experienceStrong business analysis skills; lead client discovery, requirements definition, user stories, and acceptance criteriaAdvanced proficiency with Salesforce automation, especially Flow; experience designing production-grade UI in Lightning and Experience CloudTrack record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder Salesforce programsSalesforce Certified Administrator plus one or more Consultant-level certifications (Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing Cloud) requiredBachelor's degree requiredEligible to obtain and maintain a Government Public Trust Clearance; U.S. citizenship requiredExperience with Agile software development methodologiesAt least 4 years building Salesforce business process models, writing acceptance criteria, and designing user interfaces for production systemsMust pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee FederalAdditional certifications preferred: Advanced Administrator, Marketing Cloud, Platform App Builder, OmniStudio, and PSSFamiliarity with integrations and APIs; capable of guiding technical integration approachesBenefitsMedicalDentalVision401KOther possible benefits as providedCompany OverviewCherokee Nation is a tribal community in the United States.
