[Remote] Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with Scrum Master experience is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce Projects, leading Agile processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.ResponsibilitiesSolicit, gather, evaluate, and document information from various sources and stakeholders during business discovery and groomingTranslate high-level information into detailed requirements and clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria in the requirements management systemMap functional business requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality; develop as-is and to-be process mapsCollaborate with different stakeholders to document business and functional requirements into Epicβs and User Stories, or Business Requirements DocumentsWork as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operations, and the technical team throughout the project cycleEngage with Developers, Solution Architects, and other delivery team members to ensure systems meet business needsParticipate in and contribute to conversations around solutioning and architecture on the Salesforce platformFacilitate Agile scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesCollaborate with the Scrum Team to groom user stories, participate in sprint execution, and identify and resolve team impedimentsCoach and mentor the Scrum Team, leading to successful implementation and maintaining focus on tasksEngage in testing cycles (UAT, Regression, and system), create Test Plans and Test Cases, and facilitate UAT sessions with business stakeholdersManage feedback in the form of enhancements and bugs, ensuring the quality of the solution outputPrepare project-specific documentation and deliverables, including User Guides, Quick Reference Sheets, Train-the-Trainer materials, data dictionaries, communication plans, and test plansConduct training sessions for end usersAssess requirements to produce wireframes, visual flows, process diagrams, and/or fit-gap analysis to devise options for solving business challengesIdentify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, developing plans to escalate and mitigate them effectivelySkillsExcellent interpersonal, listening, oral, and written communication skillsStrong analytical skills with accuracy and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks in a team-based environmentExperience working with sandbox and production environmentsDemonstrated adherence to Salesforce.com best practicesBachelor's degree in business, Engineering or Computer Science or similarMinimum work experience: 7 years of experience as a Sr. Business Analyst/Scrum Master with end-to-end Salesforce implementation experienceMinimum 3+ years working within all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle and an Agile driven development environmentMinimum 3 years' experience with the Salesforce platform configuring sales, service, community clouds, and/or custom Salesforce appsStrong expertise in applying Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience conducting simple to complex Project Demos and Sprint DemosExcellent listening, oral, written, and presentation skillsExcellent analytical skills, as well as accuracy and attention to detailsExperience working in JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management toolsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Lucid chart SharePointSalesforce Administration Certificate is requiredCertified Scrum Master, is desirableSalesforce Business Analyst Certification, desirableSalesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification, desirableProject Management experience, is a plusBenefitsCompetitive PayPaid Time OffSick LeavePublic HolidaysSTD/LTDHealth and Dental401(k)Company OverviewCoreSphere is a customer-focused Salesforce and ServiceNow implementation partner of choice with over 20 years of experience transforming private and public sector agencies into high-performing, cloud-enabled enterprises.
