[Remote] SENIOR SALESFORCE ANALYTICS ENGINEER

Brightgrove is a cutting-edge online streaming television company from California, and they are seeking a Senior Salesforce Analytics Engineer. This role combines advanced Salesforce development expertise with deep analytics capabilities to deliver end-to-end solutions for sales operations, focusing on custom development, analytics, and collaboration with stakeholders. Responsibilities • This hybrid role combines advanced Salesforce development expertise with deep analytics capabilities to deliver end-to-end solutions for sales operations • The individual will design, build, and optimize Salesforce applications while leveraging CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) to provide actionable insights for data-driven decision-making • Custom Development & Configuration • Build and maintain custom applications, triggers, classes, and components using Apex, Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components • Configure and customize Sales Cloud features, including lead and opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting • Design and implement complex data models and relationships • Manage profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure security and compliance • Create advanced flows and automate business processes without code • Analytics & Insights • Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) • Create predictive models and define KPIs to monitor business performance • Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions • Integrate Salesforce data with external sources and manage ETL processes • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within analytics environments • Collaboration & Documentation • Work closely with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Produce technical documentation and maintain best practices • Collaborate in Agile development environments Skills • Expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM), including dataflows, recipes, and SAQL • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and API frameworks • Strong programming skills (Apex, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL) • Proficiency in ETL processes and external data integration • Knowledge of dynamic forms, Lightning App Builder, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and DevOps tools • Familiarity with Agile methodology • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Salesforce CRM Analytics Specialist • Salesforce Platform Developer I • Salesforce Platform Developer II (a plus) • Copado Administrator (a plus) • Own Backup Administrator (a plus) Benefits • Interview process that respects people and their time • Professional and open IT community • Internal meet-ups and resources for knowledge sharing • Time for recovery and relaxation • Bright online and offline events • Opportunity to become part of our internal volunteer community Company Overview • A software development and consulting company .
