[Remote] Senior Salesforce Administrator

They are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the administration and optimization of their Salesforce environment, ensuring strong system performance and user adoption while supporting efficient business processes.ResponsibilitiesOwn responsibility for Salesforce platform administration, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and data integrityDesign and implement workflows, automation, and system enhancements aligned with business needsMaintain system architecture across Salesforce and integrated tools, including evaluation of third-party solutionsServe as the primary Salesforce partner to stakeholders, leading discovery, scoping, and solution designTranslate business needs into clear, actionable system requirements and implementation plansPartner with cross-functional teams on priorities, scope, and expectations throughout the project lifecycleCreate clarity and direction in evolving or ambiguous environmentsOwn delivery of projects from concept through implementation and continuous improvementProvide consistent follow-through, clear communication, timely delivery, and high responsiveness on commitmentsContinuously identify opportunities to improve processes and system usageTranslate broad goals into actionable plans, identify gaps, and create structure to move initiatives forwardDevelop reports, dashboards, and data structures that support operational visibility and decision-makingMaintain data quality, governance, and overall system reliabilityManage data imports, exports, deduplication, and ongoing database maintenanceEnsure reporting accuracy and dependable system outputsDevelop user documentation, training materials, and support resourcesPromote adoption of Salesforce tools and processes across the organizationOther Duties as AssignedSkillsBachelor's degree required; degree in computer science or a related field preferred3+ years of Salesforce administration experienceStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, automation, and reportingSalesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Administrator Certification preferredBuild effective cross-functional partnerships and manage competing prioritiesCommunicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writingDemonstrate strong project management skills and personal accountabilityApply analytical thinking, sound judgment, and attention to detail to solve problemsWork proactively in ambiguous situations and translate broad goals into clear actionDemonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and SBP's core valuesMust pass all required pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and drug screening, with clearance through the National Sex Offender Registry, state, and FBI checksMust be authorized to work in the United StatesDegree in computer science or a related fieldExperience with Nonprofit Success Pack and Account EngagementAdvanced Administrator CertificationCompany OverviewSBP solves the challenges facing at-risk communities and scales impact with a proven model.
