O2 Technologies, Inc is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to oversee the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform. The role involves acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams while providing user support, training, and governance leadership.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user accounts, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and security controlsDesign, configure, and support Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules, approval processes, record types, page layouts, and custom objectsPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop effective Salesforce solutionsServe as a trusted advisor to program areas by identifying opportunities to improve business processes and increase platform adoptionDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational and executive decision-makingManage data quality initiatives including data imports, exports, cleansing, deduplication, and migration activitiesCoordinate and support Salesforce releases, testing activities, and deployment processes across development, testing, and production environmentsTroubleshoot complex platform, configuration, security, and integration issues and coordinate resolution activitiesSupport integrations between Salesforce and internal or external systems using APIs and approved integration toolsDevelop and maintain system documentation, configuration standards, operating procedures, and knowledge base materialsDeliver end-user training and provide ongoing support to business and technical staffMentor junior administrators and agency staff to build internal Salesforce administration and support capabilitiesAssist in establishing Salesforce governance, security, change management, and platform support processesEnsure compliance with Commonwealth security, accessibility, records management, and data governance requirementsSkillsFive (5) years of professional experience administering, configuring, supporting, or developing enterprise applicationsThree (3) years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a complex enterprise environmentExperience configuring Salesforce using declarative platform capabilities, including Flows, security models, reports, dashboards, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objectsExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutionsExperience working directly with business stakeholders, conducting requirements sessions, and providing customer-facing supportExperience managing Salesforce security, user provisioning, permission sets, profiles, and role hierarchiesExperience supporting data migration, data quality, and system integration activitiesExperience participating in software testing, release management, and deployment processesExperience developing end-user training materials and providing user supportStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesSalesforce Certified AdministratorSalesforce Advanced Administrator CertificationSalesforce Platform App Builder CertificationSalesforce Business Analyst CertificationSalesforce Platform Developer I CertificationExperience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), OmniStudio, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCardsExperience supporting Salesforce implementations, migrations, or large-scale platform modernization effortsExperience with Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, or Government Cloud implementationsExperience with Copado, Git, DevOps, CI/CD, and source control practicesExperience developing Salesforce Flows and low-code automation solutionsWorking knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integration patternsExperience establishing governance frameworks, support models, and administrative standards for Salesforce environmentsExperience training, mentoring, or leading other Salesforce administrators and support staffExperience supporting enterprise systems within government, public sector, healthcare, or other highly regulated environmentsCompany OverviewO2 Technology attracts imaginative citizens from all types of backgrounds, bringing together excitement and new dreams to meet challenges and appreciate their talent.
