This role involves partnering with regional sales leaders to shape hiring strategies and deliver a premium candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end hiring across Sales roles across the US, building out city to cityPartner closely with business leaders to understand hiring demand and future capability needsRun detailed intake sessions that move beyond job descriptions and focus on what success actually looks likeBuild and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-find commercial talentProactively identify and engage passive candidates using modern sourcing tools and market mapping techniquesDeliver a premium candidate experience with strong communication throughout the processUse data and market insight to influence hiring decisions and improve hiring outcomesManage recruitment pipelines through the ATS with a strong focus on accuracy and process qualityCollaborate with Employer Brand teams to improve attraction strategies in the US marketChallenge bias and help create fair, inclusive hiring processes across all interview stagesSkills5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience within a corporate, embedded, or high-growth environmentExperience hiring across sales functions, including field sales, Account managers, Sales representatives and business developmentStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadersConfidence managing multiple live requisitions without sacrificing qualityA proactive sourcing mindset, you know how to find talent rather than wait for applicationsCommercial awareness and the ability to connect hiring activity back to business outcomesComfortable operating in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quicklyA high level of personal ownership and accountabilityCompany OverviewWe’re the rec hub, your trusted partner for scaling globally and sustainably.
