They are seeking a highly driven Senior Sales Operations Specialist to support their global Sales organization by managing complex accounts, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing the customer and sales experience.ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of sales operations processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvementLead cross-functional meetings, drive alignment, and manage escalations with a solution-oriented mindsetInfluence stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, Logistics, and vendor teams to drive business outcomesPartner with Sales leadership on complex deals, strategic accounts, and operational decision-makingLead the development and analysis of strategic proposals for complex sales opportunitiesOwn and manage deal registrations end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and vendor alignmentDrive the quoting process across vendors and distributors, navigating complex pricing structuresManage key vendor relationships to support sales execution and maximize opportunity successOversee customer relationships to support pipeline growth, revenue, and long-term profitabilityEnsure exceptional customer experience through responsiveness, ownership, and issue resolutionServe as a key resource for Salesforce, including troubleshooting, user support, and data integrity oversightLead and participate in UAT efforts for system enhancements, ensuring successful implementationMaintain high standards of CRM accuracy, reporting, and pipeline visibilityIdentify opportunities to optimize CRM workflows and support system enhancementsOversee end-to-end order lifecycle for complex deals, ensuring timely execution and delivery coordinationDrive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalabilityIdentify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve workflows and reduce riskMaintain and evolve sales documentation, templates, and SOPsDevelop and deliver sales performance reporting, dashboards, and forecasting supportPartner with leadership to provide insights that inform business decisionsSupport recruiting operations reporting and broader business initiatives as neededCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across global teams and time zonesSkills5+ years of Sales Operations experience, preferably in a technology, IT, or global organizationProven experience managing complex accounts, deals, and cross-functional initiativesStrong ability to lead meetings, manage escalations, and drive stakeholder alignmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP), Word, and PowerPointHands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting, troubleshooting, and data governanceDeep understanding of sales processes, deal cycles, and pipeline managementExperience with quoting, deal registration, and vendor/distributor coordinationDemonstrated process improvement mindset with ability to optimize workflowsExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organizationAbility to operate effectively across global teams and time zones (PST shift required)Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityAbility to operate independently while influencing without authorityStrategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilitiesExperience in fast-growth or highly complex global environmentsCompany OverviewSycomp is a global IT and logistics service provider with expertise in cloud, data center, endpoint management and security solutions.
