[Remote] Senior Sales Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GlobiFYE is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead B2B sales expansion across the US and UK markets. This role involves driving revenue through personal sales while managing and scaling a remote sales team based in the Philippines.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and engage B2B clients in the US and UK. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through contract executionRecruit, train, onboard, and mentor a remote, Philippines-based sales team while establishing clear accountability standardsTrack team activities, pipeline progression, and sales metrics using CRM and workforce management platformsDesign and continuously improve sales workflows, playbooks, scripts, and KPIs for maximum scalabilityProvide weekly executive reports on pipeline performance, revenue generation, and team productivity directly to the Founder & CEOSkillsMust be legally authorized to work and reside in the United StatesMinimum 5 years of B2B sales experience2 years of experience managing remote sales teamsDemonstrated history of closing high-value contracts, preferably totaling USD $100,000+ dealsExperience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Bitrix24) and productivity/tracking tools (Hubstaff, Time Doctor)Willingness to maintain regular schedule overlap with the Philippines team to support leadership and communication (e.g., approximately 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time)An entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional self-disciplineStrong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skillsHigh ethical standards, professional integrity, and accountabilityPrior experience working with offshore or Philippines-based teams is highly preferredBenefitsEquity Participation: 0.5% – 1.5% ownership stake.Health benefitsPaid Time Off (PTO)Additional executive perksCompany OverviewAt GlobiFYE, we believe every business deserves the opportunity to grow without being held back by high costs, limited resources, or operational headaches.
