ACI Worldwide is a leader in powering the payments ecosystem globally, and they are seeking a Senior New Business Developer to drive net-new business by establishing relationships within Tier 2 & Tier 3 banks. The role focuses on building trust with new prospects and generating high-value opportunities to expand ACI's footprint in various payment solutions.ResponsibilitiesDrive net-new logo acquisition in assigned territory and achieve individual sales quotasOwn prospect relationships, identifying and engaging key stakeholders and decision-makers at banks and payment processorsAct as the primary orchestrator of the sales process, coordinating internal resources to deliver compelling customer conversationsMaintain expert-level knowledge of customer needs in payment solutions, risk management, and fraud prevention, aligning ACI’s offerings to address business challengesIdentify and develop opportunities to establish ACI’s footprint, with a strong focus on PRM solution adoptionMaintain and update master account plans, ensuring alignment with ACI’s strategy and bringing in technical specialists as neededConduct regular customer due diligence (news, financials, competitive landscape, organizational changes)Provide timely updates to leadership on key developments and next steps to advance opportunitiesDevelop short- and long-term selling strategies, mapping stakeholder structures to ACI’s agendaManage the end-to-end sales cycle, from proposal through contract and post-sales support, maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline hygieneSkillsBachelor's degree or global equivalent8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of selling complex payment solutions to banks and financial institutionsStrong leadership and relationship-building skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDeep understanding of payment industry trends, competitive offerings, and market driversAbility to manage complex sales cycles and orchestrate cross-functional teamsMBA preferredStrong presentation and PowerPoint skillsExperience in product management or technical solution sellingCompany OverviewACI Worldwide is a software company that delivers payments software solutions.
