[Remote] Senior Sales Executive NAM (Treasury & Capital Markets)

The Senior Sales Executive will generate revenue by selling Teciem software solutions and services to new prospects within the assigned territory, focusing on the acquisition of new clients and understanding complex software sales.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop sales strategies for the North American marketYou will be measured by the qualified pipeline you develop and the business you closeMaintain appropriate sales development activity to ensure healthy pipeline generationGenerate leads through your own established network or various prospecting techniquesLeverage the inside sales and established marketing campaigns for new business generationEnsure and maintain sales forecasting data in sales reporting system to allow for opportunity management and reportingUnderstand market drivers & prospectsβ needs and pain points to formulate winning propositionsDevelop relationships with decision-influencing, senior executives within prospect organizationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders (pre-sales, professional services, product, finance, β¦) to structure winning dealsDevelop and maintain relationships with industry/professional individuals and organizationsStay abreast of current industry trends, competitors, and current/new company products and servicesClose business to meet forecast commitments and sales quotas!Other duties as assignedSkillsHunter-type sales professional focused on acquiring new clients and driving business growth (not an account management role)Must have experience in the North American regionPossess a university degree with at least 10 years of selling complex software solutionsAt least 5 years of selling in the financial services industry, such as banks, asset management companies, etc. is essentialYou will ideally come from complex treasury software solution companies or blue-chip Tier 1 or 2 system integrators with a strong ability to conceptualizeConfidence to have meaningful conversations with relevant personas in an accountAbility to qualify opportunities, spending your time & effort only where warrantedBuild value propositions that deliver a compelling messageCompany OverviewTeciem provides treasury and capital markets software platforms for banks and financial institutions.
