[Remote] Senior Sales Engineer

Clear Capital is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Solution Engineering to lead and scale our Solution Engineering function while remaining actively engaged in strategic and technically complex sales opportunities. This role serves as both a people leader and senior technical partner to Sales, helping customers understand the business value, operational fit, and implementation approach of Clear Capital’s products, analytics, and data solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead & Develop the Solution Engineering FunctionBuild, manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing Solution Engineering teamEstablish best practices for discovery, demonstrations, technical validation, and solution designPartner with Sales Leadership on territory coverage, resource allocation, and strategic deal supportCreate scalable processes that improve consistency, efficiency, and customer experience across the sales cycleDrive Technical Sales ExecutionServe as a senior technical resource on complex enterprise opportunitiesPartner with Sales teams to understand customer business objectives, workflows, and technical requirementsDesign solution approaches aligned to customer needs and Clear Capital capabilities.
