The Senior Sales Engineer will act as a key technical advisor, driving the technical evaluation stage of the sales process and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure customer success.ResponsibilitiesDeliver awe-inspiring technical product presentations and demos, provide timely and insightful responses to customer queries, and recommend creative ways Druva can solve customer problemsUnderstand and participate in answering the functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPsPerform remote installations, training, and ensure the success of customer POCsEffectively communicate customer requirements to the Product management teamMeet business objectives, working in collaboration with Sales Executives in the regionSkills7+ years in customer-facing technical roles, including 3+ years as a Senior or Enterprise Sales EngineerProven success supporting enterprise SaaS, cloud native, cybersecurity, or data protection solutionsStrong understanding of modern cloud platforms including AWS and Microsoft AzureExperience with identity and access technologies such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, and SSO frameworksKnowledge of cyber resilience, backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices in enterprise environmentsAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for technical and executive audiencesStrong consultative and discovery skills with the ability to align solutions to customer priorities and outcomesExperience working with enterprise infrastructure including virtualization, networking, storage, and SaaS ecosystemsExcellent presentation, communication, and relationship building skills across all levels of an organizationSelf starter who thrives in fast paced, high growth environments and adapts quickly to evolving prioritiesPassion for helping customers modernize and secure their environments through cloud first and SaaS driven strategiesBenefitsDiscretionary annual bonus or commissionsEquityComprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits401(k) retirement planLife and disability insurance coveragesOther benefits the Company may offer from time to timeCompany OverviewDruva delivers a SaaS-based platform to protect and manage enterprise data across endpoint, data center and cloud workloads.
