They are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to optimize their revenue engine across the customer lifecycle by partnering with Revenue leadership and driving planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Revenue leadership to drive annual planning, territory design, capacity modeling, quota setting, and revenue target planningOwn forecasting and performance analysis across bookings, renewals, expansion, and overall revenue attainmentDevelop reporting, dashboards, and business insights that enable data-driven decision-making and improve forecast accuracyOptimize revenue processes, systems, and workflows across the GTM organization, ensuring teams can efficiently generate, manage, and close pipelinePartner with Sales, Marketing, and Business Systems teams to improve lead management, territory coverage, account assignment, opportunity management, and overall seller productivityEvaluate and enhance the GTM technology stack, identifying opportunities for automation, process simplification, and improved data qualityIdentify opportunities to improve revenue performance, productivity, and operational efficiency across the customer lifecycleLead compensation design and analysis to ensure incentives align with company objectives and drive desired behaviorsDrive strategic GTM initiatives and cross-functional projects that support growth and operational scaleEstablish and monitor KPIs, providing actionable recommendations to Revenue leadershipServe as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across Revenue, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business SystemsSkills6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, or related analytical rolesExperience supporting multiple revenue functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and/or Renewals organizationsStrong expertise in forecasting, planning, territory design, quota setting, compensation, and performance analyticsDeep understanding of SaaS revenue models and the metrics that drive acquisition, retention, and expansionAdvanced analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Sigma, or Power BIStrong Salesforce experience and familiarity with modern GTM technologies including Gong, LeanData, Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etcProven ability to influence senior leaders, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, and translate data into actionable business recommendationsExcellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skillsBenefitsIncentive stock options, subject to the terms of Latticeโ€™s applicable plans.Medical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife, AD&D, and Disability InsuranceEmergency Weather SupportWellness AppsPaid Parental LeavePaid Time off inclusive of holidays and sick timeCommuter & Parking AccountsLunches in the OfficeInternet and Phone Stipend401(k) retirement planFinancial PlanningLearning & Development BudgetCompany OverviewLattice is a people success platform that help business leaders develop engaged, high-performing employees, and winning cultures.
