The Senior Revenue Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing revenue and performance data to support strategic decision-making across sales, marketing, and go-to-market teams.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze complex sales, marketing, GTM, and revenue data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insightsDevelop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor sales, revenue, and marketing performance and KPIsPartner with sales, marketing, product, finance, and operations teams to support territory and customer targeting, sales compensation plan analysis, campaign measurement, customer segmentation, and ROI analysisBuild financial and forecasting models to evaluate Sales, GTM, and Marketing strategies and investment opportunitiesTranslate analysis into clear, compelling recommendations for senior stakeholdersIdentify and execute automation and process improvement opportunities in data workflowsConduct root-cause analysis and propose data-backed solutions for performance gapsSupport A/B and multivariate testing strategies and interpret test resultsStay informed on revenue and GTM analytics best practices, tools, and technologiesSupport data governance efforts and help maintain high-quality data standardsSkillsBachelor's degree in finance, business analytics, statistics, computer science, or a related field4+ years of experience in revenue, sales, or GTM analytics, preferably in financial services, fintech, or a data-rich industryDemonstrated experience using SQL and BI tools to analyze, report, and visualize dataStrong understanding of sales, revenue, and GTM KPIs (including sales compensation models, targeting/territory management), attribution modeling, customer segmentation, and campaign performance metricsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate results clearly to stakeholdersFamiliarity with AI-powered tools or automation concepts to support efficiency and analysisAnalytical Expertise: Skilled in interpreting complex datasets and generating insights that drive business decisionsBusiness Acumen: Understands sales, GTM, and revenue operations concepts, financial modeling, and how analytics impacts business strategyTechnical Proficiency: Strong skills in SQL (e.g. Redshift, SQL Server, PostgreSQL), Excel, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
