[Remote] Senior Recruiter (Contractor)

They are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Go-To-Market functions and General & Administrative roles, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and collaborating with hiring managers.ResponsibilitiesManage the full cycle recruitment process for GTM and G&A roles, including sourcing, interview coordination, and closing offersFacilitate a high quality and exceptional candidate experience from start to finishBuild relationships and work closely with hiring managers and interviewers across the companyPartner with the broader People team on headcount planning and strategic, equitable hiringPartner with the Talent team leaders to develop efficient and scalable recruiting processes and help manage ongoing recruiting programs (referrals, onboarding etc.)Utilize unique sourcing strategies to bring in new team membersConsider long-term needs of hiring teams and recruit strong talent for Modern Health's long-term successSkillsMinimum of 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience; in-house experience required, with a strong preference for candidates with experience supporting GTM and G&A hiringVery strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required, along with excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross-functional stakeholdersA track record of developing strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidatesAbility to generate a high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelinesExperience with recruiting metrics and using data to guide decisions and strategyAn interest in developing processes and initiatives that improve candidate experienceDedication to diversity and inclusion valuesExperience and enthusiasm for leveraging new and emerging AI tools as part of your daily workflow and productivity — we embrace technology that makes us better recruitersImmigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
