They are looking for a Senior Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting across a range of technical and non-technical roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to build talent strategies and enhance the candidate experience.ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer close across multiple functions and levelsBuild strong partnerships with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business prioritiesDevelop proactive sourcing strategies to engage passive talent through LinkedIn, Boolean search, events, and referralsManage candidate pipeline with a focus on speed, quality, and an outstanding candidate experienceDrive offer negotiations and partner with HR and compensation teams on offer structuringTrack and report on recruiting metrics to identify trends and continuously improve hiring outcomesContribute to employer branding, recruiting programs, and process improvementsSkills6+ years of experience and proven experience recruiting for cleared roles (Secret, TS, TS/SCI) and an understanding of the federal hiring landscapeStrong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive and cleared candidatesFamiliarity with DoD, IC, or civilian agency hiring requirements and compliance standardsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneouslyA collaborative, solutions-oriented mindsetEligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearanceActive U.S. security clearance (Secret or Top-Secret)BenefitsPay depends on experience, but we strive to be at the upper end of the salary rangeHealth care plan with 100% premium coverage, including medical, dental, and vision401k with 5% matchingPaid Time Off (uncapped vacation, plus sick and public holidays)Flexible hybrid or remote work arrangementRelocation assistance for qualifying employeesCompany OverviewCode Metal is an AI-enabled platform providing verifiable code translation and optimization for edge development and code modernization.
