IMCS Group is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to play a critical role in enabling hiring execution in a fast-paced high growth environment. The role involves full cycle recruitment, sourcing, screening, and collaborating with Hiring Managers to recruit the best-qualified candidates for job vacancies.ResponsibilitiesConsult with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand job requirements and develop strategic sourcing strategiesConduct active searches of candidates for the designated jobs, while reviewing incoming applicantsBuild networks and community relationships to attract passive applicantsDeliver a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experienceEnsure excellent communication with candidates & hiring managers throughout the processOversee candidate process flow, ensuring timely scheduling and feedbackMaintain recruiting Key Performance Indicators/Service Level Agreements and be proactive in achieving the expectations of customers/employeesEnsure that work performed is in accordance with procedures of the parent company, PerkinElmer, corporate HR, and delivered within a specified timeframeEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations concerning employment and the interviewing process, including pre and post hire employment documentationPerform other HR or recruiting tasks as required by LeadershipSkills5-7+ years' directly relevant experience in:MUST HAVE minimum 2+ years' experience hiring contractors/consultants in an external staffing agencyMUST HAVE pharma/Biotech cGMP industry experience3+ years' minimum experience sourcing and screening for highly technical bioengineering rolesFull-cycle recruiting: sourcing and qualification to offer acceptanceLinkedIn Recruiter, hunting for qualified talent and conducting InMail outreach and follow-upBachelor's Degree with 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting in a contract, corporate and/or agency environment2–3 years of agency recruiting and/or experience recruiting fully billable consultants, ideally within professional services, life sciences, engineering, or technical project environments3+ years of Executive Level recruitingProven track record implementing full recruiting life-cycle strategies to attract and hire exempt and non-exempt candidatesExperience recruiting across multiple U.S. states, with an understanding of regional labor markets and talent strategiesStrong knowledge of U.S. recruiting compliance, including federal, state, and local employment regulations (EEO, OFCCP, FCRA, pay transparency, and state-specific requirements)Demonstrated ability to manage up and down the organizational chart, influencing senior leaders and supporting junior contributorsExperience recruiting in the pharmaceutical, biotech, GMP manufacturing, or engineering sectors, with the ability to attract niche technical talentCandidates located in the Eastern or Central U.S. time zones strongly preferred to best support hiring teams and project schedulesHigh degree of technical competence and creativityDemonstrated knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS); Workday is a plusProven ability to source passive and niche candidates using technology-based recruiting techniquesDemonstrated knowledge/experience using job boards, social media, direct sourcing, and referral programsProficient in skill and behavioral based interviewingStrong interpersonal, persuasion and negotiation skills coupled with the ability to work collaboratively across the companyCompany OverviewIMCS Group is an IT, Healthcare, and Professional Staffing Company that helps Enterprises optimize the business value of their Staffing investments and enables them to achieve world-class business performance.
