US Anesthesia Partners is seeking a Senior Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment for non-clinical roles across various enterprise functions. The role involves collaborating with business leaders, managing the recruiting process, and executing talent acquisition strategies.ResponsibilitiesProvides full life cycle recruitment responsibilities to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, submitting, and negotiating offersServes as a lead recruiter for the recruiting team and HR department as the subject matter expert in attracting and recruiting talent, applying sourcing best practices, and utilizing sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates such as online social networking, traditional networking, Boolean searches, and referralsSupports the recruiting leader in day-to-day activities, is a go to subject matter expert for other recruiters on the team and takes on more senior level recruitment workWorks directly with managers to understand business goals, external market trends, competitive intelligence, and determine next steps and integrate recruiting best practices and / or process improvements to further company goalsCollaborates with senior level hiring managers to evaluate position criteria, determine candidate requirements, and sourcing optionsEngages with hiring managers, developing attractive job postings aligned with the USAP role and creative sourcing strategies, and provides ongoing status of overall activities and candidatesDemonstrates the ability to establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communications with hiring leaders and candidatesAssists the recruiting leader with strategic projects as assignedSkillsBachelor's Degree in related fieldMinimum 5-7 years of related staffing or talent acquisition experienceDemonstrated success in developing and executing sourcing strategiesExperience with iCIMS strongly preferredExperience and subject matter knowledge of the relationship between workforce planning and forecasting job needs, preferredExperience managing projects relating to Talent Acquisition process improvement, preferredBenefitsThis position is eligible for an annual bonus.
