The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment efforts for various positions, including frontline staff and leadership roles, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions, including Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), residential staff, case managers, clinicians, program managers, directors, and leadership rolesPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategiesSource passive and active candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channelsConduct phone screens and interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present top talent to hiring teamsBuild and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positionsGuide hiring managers through the recruitment process and provide market insight on talent availability and compensation trendsEnsure an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboardingTrack recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring activity, pipeline health, and time-to-fill goalsSupport employer branding and workforce development initiativesSkills3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceExperience recruiting within healthcare, behavioral health, human services, nonprofit, IDD, residential services, or related industries strongly preferredDemonstrated success recruiting for both high-volume frontline positions and professional-level rolesStrong sourcing and talent identification skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skillsExperience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologiesExperience recruiting Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), caregivers, behavioral health staff, residential staff, case managers, or similar positions preferredHuman ServicesIntellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD)Behavioral HealthCommunity-Based ServicesResidential ServicesNonprofit OrganizationsHealthcareBenefitsCompetitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 plus benefits.Company OverviewSolomonEdwards is a business consulting firm that offers financial, operational, and technology consulting services and operations support.
