The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various non-technical roles, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while supporting business growth.ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, from intake meetings through offer negotiation and onboardingDeliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience by serving as a trusted advisor and advocate throughout the hiring processPartner closely with hiring managers and interview teams to develop effective recruiting strategies and drive successful hiring outcomesSource, engage, and assess qualified candidates through a variety of sourcing channels and recruiting techniquesMaintain a steady flow of candidates through the hiring process while managing multiple requisitions simultaneouslyProvide market insights, talent intelligence, and recruiting recommendations to support hiring decisionsTrack recruiting performance through metrics, reporting, and data analysis to ensure hiring goals are achievedMaintain accurate candidate and requisition data within Workday Recruiter and other recruiting platformsContinuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and overall hiring experienceSupport diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through structured interviewing and equitable hiring practicesSkills7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 5 years of in-house recruiting experienceProven success recruiting across a broad range of non-technical functions and organizational levels, from entry-level through senior leadershipStrong sourcing expertise with experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage passive talentExtensive experience working within Workday Recruiter or comparable Applicant Tracking SystemsAbility to manage a high-volume workload of complex requisitions across multiple business functions and geographic regionsStrong business partnership skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers throughout the hiring processAnalytical mindset with experience leveraging recruiting metrics and data to drive decision-making and improve performanceExceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skillsBachelor's degree preferredCompany OverviewCareer Group is a staffing and recruiting company that provides full-time and temporary placement services.
