[Remote] Senior R&D Tax Consultant (remote, 20 days PTO)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Leonid Group Ltd is working with one of the fastest growing tax credit consultancies in the US, seeking experienced Consultants specialized in tax credits. The role involves interviewing technical teams, writing reports to procure R&D Tax credits, and leading a team of junior consultants while assisting in project management and business generation. Responsibilities • Interviewing technical teams and assessing tax relief eligibility, understanding from a technical perspective the intricate R&D operations of your client • Writing comprehensive technical and financial reports to procure R&D Tax credits • Lead and help train a team of junior R&D tax consultants to deliver work to US clients • Assist in the management and delivery of large projects • Take initiative to generate business for the firm Skills • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or technical degree from an accredited college or university • R&D Tax Credit experience (we are able to take people on at different levels of seniority, DOE) • Strong skills in tax research and technical writing • Knowledge of Research and Development Tax issues and working with multi-sector clients to maximize their R&D Tax benefit • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; dealing with clients at C-Suite level to line executives • Innovative mindset and ability to ‘think outside the box'.
