The Senior Quantitative Analyst will play a key role in shaping marketing and business strategy through data-driven insights and analysis, ensuring alignment with company objectives.ResponsibilitiesTranslate marketing performance into business impact by delivering insights that connect campaign metrics to outcomes such as revenue, customer acquisition, and profitabilityMonitor and assess channel performance against forecasts to uncover optimization opportunities and scale high-performing strategiesDeliver compelling presentations and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-makingLeverage data, ensuring integrity and accuracy, to uncover actionable insights that inform business strategy and decision-makingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design solutions, and implement initiatives that enhance enterprise valueWork alongside top-tier professionals to develop, test, and refine strategies that influence key business outcomesContribute in a dynamic, team-oriented environment that values your perspective, supports your growth, and encourages innovationMaintain constant communication with management and staff to ensure proper operations of the organizationOther duties as assignedSkills5+ years of experience in Business Analytics/Data Science roles in a corporate settingAdvanced degree (master's or PhD) in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Economics or a related quantitative fieldPrior lending (banking/fintech) experience is a strong plusProficiency in statistical modeling and data analysis using R or Python, with solid experience working with large datasets and writing complex SQL queriesExcellent quantitative analysis skills, creativity in problem-solving, and a keen business senseHandle multiple projects at the same time, prioritizing and keeping stakeholders updatedSkilled with data visualization and dashboarding, preferably using Power-BI or TableauAbility to collaborate with cross-functional departments including Marketing, Credit etc. to understand business context and solve problemsA self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong verbal/written communication skillsAbility to tell meaningful and accurate stories with dataTravel requirement: Within the first 6 months of employment, all employees will travel to attend the BHG All Oars Experience.
