The Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will design and implement AI-powered test automation frameworks, applying predictive analytics to enhance software quality and accelerate product releases. Responsibilities • Design, implement, and sustain AI-powered test automation frameworks that generate test cases, scripts, and datasets for thorough validation • Apply GenAI tools to evaluate test results, detect defect patterns, and deliver actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement • Create simulations of user interactions, stress scenarios, and boundary conditions to reveal potential defects prior to user exposure • Leverage AI and automation technologies to accelerate product releases and reduce defect rates Skills • AI-First Mindset (if you instinctively write code before leveraging AI tools to validate or improve it, rather than starting with AI, this role is not appropriate for you) • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in QA automation • Demonstrated proficiency with Selenium and at least one of these programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript • Hands-on professional experience utilizing AI tools for QA workflow automation • Working knowledge of CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions Company Overview • Crossover is a global recruitment company, founded in 2014.
