[Remote] Senior QA Engineer (Automation / Fullstack)

They are seeking a Senior QA Engineer (Quality Enablement) to improve product quality through testing strategies, quality metrics analysis, and engineering influence across the organization.ResponsibilitiesHelp product teams define and improve testing strategies (unit / integration / E2E)Review test scenarios, automated tests, and quality-related technical decisionsAnalyze defects, flaky tests, and testing resultsDrive improvements based on quality metrics and recurring issuesSupport teams in building reliable and scalable test automationContribute to test frameworks and shared tooling (helpers, utilities)Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and QA engineersEducate and mentor teams on testing practices and automation approachesEnsure test automation does not negatively impact CI performanceAt Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one.
