They are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of their products by designing, executing, and automating test cases across multiple platforms, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and backend systemsDevelop and maintain automated test scripts using modern automation frameworksCollaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure testability and quality throughout the SDLCExecute functional, regression, integration, and API testingContribute to building and enhancing automation frameworks under the guidance of the QA LeadIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testingIdentify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring proper prioritization and resolutionParticipate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure quality is embedded earlySupport performance and security testing activities as requiredAnalyze test results, provide clear reporting, and highlight risks or quality concernsContinuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologiesMentor junior QA engineers and support knowledge sharing within the teamSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field4–7 years of experience in software testing with strong exposure to both manual and automation testingBackbase certification is a MUSTHands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or AppiumProficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript)Solid experience in API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similarExperience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOpsFamiliarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentExperience in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6) is a plusCompany OverviewCoorB offers digital finance solutions, focusing on process automation, user experience, and banking integrations.
