The role involves performing various types of testing for warehouse management solutions and ensuring high-quality delivery of these systems.ResponsibilitiesPerform functional, integration, system, and regression testing for Manhattan WMOS applicationsValidate integrations between WMOS and MHE systems such as conveyors, sorters, scanners, and automated equipmentTest warehouse automation workflows and end-to-end distribution center processesDevelop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on business requirementsIdentify, document, track, and retest defects through resolutionCollaborate with business users, developers, and automation teams during testing cyclesSupport UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live validation activitiesEnsure high-quality delivery of warehouse management and automation solutionsSkills5+ years of QA experience with Warehouse Management SystemsStrong hands-on experience with Manhattan WMOSExperience testing MHE integrations and warehouse automation solutionsKnowledge of warehouse processes including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shippingExperience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ALMStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsExperience with WCS/WES systemsAPI, interface, and integration testing experienceExposure to Manhattan Active WM or other Manhattan productsSupply Chain and Distribution Center domain experienceCompany OverviewFounded in 1997, Everest Technologies is a leading Information Technology solutions provider based in Columbus, Ohio.
