[Remote] Senior QA Analyst – DHS Eligibility Systems (SNAP, TANF, Medicaid)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. VistalTech Inc is seeking experienced Senior QA Analysts to support a large-scale Arkansas State DHS Eligibility Systems project. The role involves testing government eligibility systems for programs like SNAP, TANF, and Medicaid, and requires strong experience in Quality Assurance and collaboration with various stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive test strategies and test casesValidate eligibility workflows for SNAP, TANF, and Medicaid programsPerform functional, integration, system, and regression testingIdentify, document, and track defects through resolutionCollaborate with business analysts, developers, and state stakeholdersSupport UAT activities and production validationSkillsMinimum 8+ years of Quality Assurance (QA) experienceStrong experience testing DHS/HHS Eligibility SystemsDirect experience with one or more of the following programs: SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families), Medicaid, Child Welfare or other State Human Services programsExperience creating and executing: Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Regression Testing, Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologiesExperience with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, etc.)Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenariosExcellent communication and documentation skillsPrevious experience working on State Government or DHS modernization projectsExperience with eligibility determination systems and benefits processing workflowsKnowledge of federal and state compliance requirements related to public assistance programsBenefitsW2 optionCompany OverviewVistal Tech is a leading provider of technology solutions and services specialized in Web Development, Mobile App Development, Cloud Platforms and Software Development.
