They are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Service Delivery to lead client-facing benefits administration initiatives focused on service delivery excellence and operational readiness.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage client-facing projects within a benefits administration environment, ensuring alignment between client expectations, service delivery teams, and cross-functional partnersDrive projects related to client onboarding, service delivery enhancements, platform configuration, operational readiness, and annual enrollment executionAct as a primary project leader supporting Service Delivery teams by proactively identifying risks, managing dependencies, and resolving issues that may impact client timelines or experienceEnsure all client initiatives align with defined goals related to client health, satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership successServe as a trusted partner to internal delivery teams to ensure clarity, accountability, and high standards of execution for client commitmentsLead and/or support annual enrollment-related client projects, including planning, cross-team coordination, readiness tracking, execution support, and post-AE analysisPartner with service delivery, technology, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution during high-volume, time-sensitive benefit cyclesManage competing client priorities and mitigate risk during peak enrollment periods through strong organization and prioritizationIdentify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement to enhance future annual enrollment executionDevelop, maintain, and execute detailed client-facing project plans using Smartsheet as a primary tool, along with Jira and other project management platformsApply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies based on client needs, scope, and delivery timelinesFacilitate collaboration across service delivery teams, internal partners, and external vendorsTrack project timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful client outcomesCommunicate project status, milestones, risks, and outcomes clearly and consistently to stakeholders, with a strong focus on client impact and delivery readinessSkillsBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred5–10 years of experience working with benefits administration products and platforms in a client-facing or service delivery environmentDemonstrated experience servicing external clients and leading client-driven initiatives within benefits administration or benefits technology2–5 years of direct project management experience managing complex, cross-functional, client-facing initiativesStrong understanding of service delivery models, operational workflows, and annual enrollment cyclesProficiency with Smartsheet (strongly required), Jira, and related project management toolsWorking knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologiesExceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills with a strong client service mindsetAbility to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple client prioritiesStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to build relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teamsHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality executionPMP certificationExperience leading or supporting large-scale annual enrollment projectsBackground in benefits technology, consulting, or SaaS environmentsExperience managing complex client implementations or service delivery transformationsBenefitsComprehensive Health Benefits: Access to health, dental, and vision plans to support your wellness and that of your family.Competitive Compensation: A compensation package that recognizes your skills, experience, and contributions, including performance-based incentives for most roles.Remote first, Office friendly environment!No time to commute?
