[Remote] Senior Project Manager (SaaS Implementation)

Unanet is seeking a results-driven and customer-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee and drive successful customer implementations of their suite of rapidly expanding product offerings. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to strategically plan, execute, and deliver projects while enhancing customer satisfaction and driving process optimization.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee end-to-end Unanet software implementations, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budgetDevelop, refine, and maintain comprehensive project artifacts and internal documentation to support project execution and knowledge sharingCommunicate project expectations clearly and proactively to both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycleIdentify, monitor, and manage project dependencies and critical paths to mitigate risks and ensure timely deliveryCollaborate cross-functionally with key departments to drive the successful implementation of strategic client projectManage and deliver multiple tiers of client implementations and diverse project types, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfactionSkills5+ years of project management experience, with proven experience managing complex enterprise SaaS implementations - such as ERP, CRM, or other highly configurable business platforms - including cross-functional planning, data migration, integrations, testing, end-user readiness, and successful go-live executionExtensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software, with the ability to apply best practices across a variety of projectsProven track record of developing, executing, and managing detailed implementation plans in collaboration with clientsExceptional ability to engage and secure buy-in from diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teamsOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and effective stakeholder engagementPMP certified, demonstrating a strong foundation in industry-recognized project management principlesHighly skilled in managing projects of varying complexity and scale, with the capacity to prioritize and deliver multiple projects concurrentlyDemonstrated growth mindset and strong focus on customer outcomes, with the ability to lead projects in a way that advances adoption, business value, and long-term customer successExperience implementing ERP platforms strongly preferredIndustry-Specific Knowledge GovCon & AECCertified in Change Management or Risk Management through PMIBenefitsEmployee equityDiscretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to timeEligible to participate in Unanet’s employee benefits plans and programsCompany OverviewUnanet is a software company that provides ERP and CRM solutions for architecture, government contractors, and engineering firms.
