They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background managing federal government technology and digital services projects, responsible for leading projects from discovery through deployment and ensuring successful outcomes for government clients.ResponsibilitiesLead complex federal technology and digital services projects from discovery through deploymentManage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources to ensure successful project outcomesFacilitate Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectivesPartner with technical leads to translate requirements into actionable project plans and user storiesProactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategiesManage project budgets, burn rates, forecasts, and resource allocationsTrack scope changes and support change order processesMaintain accurate project reporting, revenue forecasting, and invoicingDrive project profitability and operational efficiencyServe as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact on the project for federal clientsFacilitate status meetings, project reviews, and stakeholder communicationsSupport high client satisfaction and CPARS performanceLead cross-functional teams including designers, developers, strategists, and subcontractorsConduct project health checks and retrospectivesSupport a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team cultureSkillsBachelor's degree and 8+ years of project management experience (or Master's degree and 7+ years), including leading federal government technology, digital services, web, CMS, cloud, data, or digital transformation projectsPMP certification required, with strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologiesProven experience managing project budgets, forecasts, staffing plans, resource allocation, and overall project financial performanceStrong understanding of federal contracting environments, including Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts, FAR/DFARS requirements, and federal procurement processesExcellent communication, presentation, client relationship, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearanceCompany OverviewForum One amplifies the impact of mission-driven organizations through transformational digital solutions.
