The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple medical education projects, ensuring timely delivery, client satisfaction, and effective team collaboration.ResponsibilitiesOversees 10-12 concurrent projects, depending on the scopeSupport of 1-3+ accounts, depending on the scopeAssumes responsibility for overall scope of each project, develops project plans, timelines, budgets in conjunction with coordinator, and drives projects to timely, quality deliveryAnticipates client needs and proactively addresses those needs with the project or account director to ensure complete client satisfaction and provides recommendations to exceed client expectationWorks with account management, project team, scientific team, vendors, and editorial teams to coordinate resources to ensure appropriate support and communication, including but not limited to: Responsible for the creation of long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlinesDelegates project tasks to team members best positioned to complete them and ensures timely and successful completionServes as a point of contact for teams when shared services are in play to ensure team actions remain in synergyOversees the develops and maintenance of status reports for internal and client useEnsures quality control of the project throughout development to execution, maintaining the standards expectedAdjusts schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project changeFosters integration, collaboration, and teamwork among team membersDeploys Open Health resources to best balance overall business objectives of the organizationProactively and consistently makes connections across projects/deliverables and make recommendations for project efficiencies and improvementEnsures delivery of each project relative to budget, and the overall profitability of the account. Is able to independently reconcile projects in a timely manner with minimal supervision and ensures all project financials are completed in scope and on time. Helps to facilitate the reporting of financial records to clients as needed on a regular basis. Oversees and quality checks all financial tracking completed by the coordinator and project managerMay be asked to support account/project team in the development of proposals/budgets to implement creative educational programsWorks with project/account director to help select and hire appropriate staff, delegate as appropriate, train and develop coordinators and associate project managers on a routine basis, and may have staff direct reports within the teamCompletes all relevant other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization. This could include account/project management and scientifically based tasks related to the business that account director/manager sells and/or oversees.
