The role involves leading complex PeopleSoft HCM projects, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance workforce administration and compensation processes.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocationsFacilitate governance meetings, steering committees, executive communications, and status reportingManage project scope, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and decision trackingCoordinate requirements gathering, design reviews, testing cycles, deployment readiness, and cutover planningPartner with HR, Payroll, Technical, Security, Integration, and business stakeholders to achieve project objectivesEnsure project deliverables meet quality standards, business requirements, and organizational goalsDrive stakeholder alignment and remove obstacles impacting project success and delivery timelinesOversee vendor performance, consultant accountability, and contract deliverablesSkills8–10+ years of project management experience leading enterprise application initiatives5+ years managing PeopleSoft HCM projects within large, complex organizationsDemonstrated experience delivering Workforce Administration (WFA) implementations or enhancementsExperience managing HR, Payroll, Benefits, and cross-functional stakeholder relationshipsProven success leading requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and change management activitiesStrong executive communication, governance, risk management, and issue resolution skillsExperience managing project budgets, schedules, vendors, dependencies, and resource plansDemonstrated ability to lead complex enterprise initiatives through successful execution and deliveryStrong understanding of SDLC methodologies, governance practices, and project delivery frameworksExperience leading PeopleSoft Mass Compensation or compensation-related initiativesKnowledge of Job Data, Compensation, Position Management, and effective-dated transactionsExperience supporting payroll-impacting releases and downstream integrationsPeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experience in large enterprise environmentsPMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or other project management certificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Project Management, or related fieldMaster's degree preferredExperience within higher education, public sector, healthcare, or unionized environmentsExperience managing multiple concurrent workstreams within a complex project portfolioCompany OverviewMotion Recruitment, a Kelly® Company, delivers IT Talent Solutions for Contract, Direct Hire, Managed Solutions and Statement of Work to all of North America from our 21 delivery centers.
