[Remote] Senior Project Manager – PeopleSoft Workforce Administration (WFA)

KAPITAL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise PeopleSoft HCM initiatives focused on Workforce Administration and compensation-related processes. The role involves managing project delivery, coordinating resources across multiple workstreams, and ensuring project outcomes meet quality standards and business requirements.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocationsFacilitate project governance, steering committees, status reporting, and executive communicationsManage project scope, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and decision trackingCoordinate requirements, design reviews, testing activities, deployment readiness, and cutover planningPartner with HR, Payroll, Technical, Security, Integration, and business teams to achieve project objectivesEnsure project deliverables meet quality standards, business requirements, and organizational goalsDrive stakeholder alignment and remove obstacles impacting project success and delivery timelinesOversee vendor performance, contract deliverables, and consultant accountabilitySkills8-10+ years of project management experience leading enterprise application initiatives5+ years managing PeopleSoft HCM projects in large, complex organizationsDemonstrated experience delivering Workforce Administration (WFA) implementations or enhancementsExperience managing HR, Payroll, Benefits, and cross-functional stakeholder relationshipsProven success leading requirements, design, testing, deployment, and change management activitiesStrong executive communication, governance, risk management, and issue resolution skillsExperience managing project budgets, schedules, vendors, dependencies, and resource plansDemonstrated ability to lead complex enterprise initiatives, anticipate downstream impacts, manage risks and dependencies, and drive projects to successful executionBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experienceMaster's degree preferredPMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other relevant project management certification preferredExperience leading PeopleSoft Mass Compensation or compensation-related initiativesKnowledge of Job Data, Compensation, Position Management, and effective-dated transactionsExperience supporting payroll-impacting releases and downstream integration activitiesPeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experience in large enterprise environmentsHigher education, public sector, healthcare, or unionized workforce experienceExperience managing multiple concurrent workstreams within a complex portfolioCompany OverviewENTERPRISE APPLICATIONS EXPERTISE, DELIVERED!
