[Remote] Senior Project Manager - High Rise

Eden International is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic project involving a $208M high-rise condominium tower. The role requires managing a project team, collaborating with executive leadership, and ensuring successful project execution from preconstruction through turnover. Responsibilities • Assume the #2 leadership position on the strategic project • Lead a project team of 20+ staff members, including Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents • Operate independently while maintaining close collaboration with executive leadership and peer managers Skills • 10–15+ years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor • Senior PM experience managing large, ground-up construction projects • High-rise experience required – minimum 10+ stories • Project values of $75M–$100M+ – you've led complex, large-scale builds • Full project lifecycle management from preconstruction through turnover and closeout • Team leadership – you've successfully directed Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, and Superintendents • Highly proficient in construction management platforms: Procore, Bluebeam, and standard GC software • Cost control and financial management: tracking budgets, billing, procurement, and change order management • Schedule management: developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules with confidence • Documentation and follow-through: logging conversations, tracking details, closing loops, and maintaining meticulous records • Design coordination: managing RFIs, submittals, value-engineering efforts, and providing regular owner updates • Technical competency: understanding field operations and communicating confidently with subcontractors and superintendents • Sharp, polished, and accountable – you represent us at the highest professional level • Strong executive presence – you will stand in front of ownership, lead confidently, and inspire trust • Collaborative leadership style – you coach and develop your team without micromanaging, while remaining receptive to direction from executive leadership • Proactive problem-solving – you're hardwired for follow-up, clear communication, and getting ahead of issues before they escalate • Grit, humility, and urgency – you lead with confidence and authority but without being overbearing • Condo/multifamily project experience strongly preferred • Post-tension concrete, vertical structure sequencing, and high-end finishes experience strongly preferred Benefits • Competitive compensation package • Relocation support or reimbursement • Opportunity to lead one of the companies most significant projects • Collaborative, high-performing team environment • Career growth within a respected general contracting firm Company Overview • Eden International - Full-Spectrum Executive Search for Data Center Innovation Eden delivers turnkey executive search solutions for data center developers and operators.
