[Remote] Senior Project Manager (Healthcare) – Remote (Pacific Time)

LHH is partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that support clinical operations, patient services, and enterprise transformation efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while collaborating across clinical, operational, and technical teams.ResponsibilitiesLead full lifecycle management of complex healthcare projects, from initiation through implementation and close-outDrive execution of multiple concurrent initiatives across clinical, operational, and administrative functionsDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategiesPartner with stakeholders including clinical leaders, IT teams, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and project successMonitor project performance, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and organizational policiesFacilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive reportingOversee vendor coordination and cross-functional collaborationEstablish metrics and KPIs to track success and optimize outcomesMentor junior team members and promote best practices in project managementSkills5+ years of project management experience, including leading large-scale or enterprise-level initiativesHands-on experience using Smartsheet is requiredProven track record managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environmentExperience working in healthcare, health systems, payer, or related environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsCandidate must reside in Oregon, Idaho, Washington, or UtahBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certificationFamiliarity with PMI/PMBOK methodologies or similar frameworksExperience supporting healthcare transformation, process improvement, or system implementationsExposure to regulatory or compliance-driven environments (e.g., HIPAA)Company OverviewAt LHH, we believe work should be meaningful, fulfilling, and connected.
