[Remote] Senior Project Manager- Fully Remote

They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on-time and within budget while fostering client relationships and leading project teams. Responsibilities • Manage multiple projects within a portfolio, ensuring understanding of organizational goals and priorities • Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints • Develop relationships with clients, understanding their goals • Identify opportunities for additional business and collaborate with sales team to pursue new projects and opportunities • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, guiding junior team members and fostering their professional development • Evaluate risk assessment for complex projects • Audit projects to identify risk status • Develop and own paths to green resolutions for identified risks • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes • Implement Lean, Agile, or similar methodologies to enhance team efficiency, reduce rework, and improve project outcomes • Lead change management initiatives for client projects involving organizational transformation, process improvements, or technology adoption • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies • Apply diverse industry experience to provide strategic insights and innovative solutions for complex client challenges • Partner with clients to identify operational improvement opportunities beyond project scope • Provide strategic consulting to drive business value and long-term client success Skills • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or similar field • 7+ years experience as a Project Manager or similar role within a Professional Services, strategic consulting, or operation management organization • 3 - 5 years experience working with AWS Cloud • PMI Certifications (e.g. PMP) • Agile certifications (e.g. Scrum Master) • Process optimization and operational excellence • Data analytics and performance metrics (Power BI, business intelligence tools) • Organizational change leadership • Supply chain and logistics operations • ERP/CRM system implementation experience • Track record of leading operational transformations and driving measurable business improvements • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder change initiatives • Background in strategic consulting or business advisory services • Proven ability to optimize processes and implement continuous improvement methodologies • Cross-industry experience bringing fresh perspectives to client challenges • Executive-level leadership experience with P&L accountability • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision health insurances • Short term disability, long term disability and life insurances • 401k with Company match • Paid time off (PTO) (120 hours PTO that accrue over one year) • Paid time off for major holidays (14 days per year) Company Overview • Cloud Service Provider, AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, Generative and Agentic AI, Migration, Modernization It was founded in 2019, and is headquartered in Jersey City, New Jersey, USA, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
