[Remote] Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will lead the end-to-end enterprise ERP System Implementation, focusing on the consolidation of HR and Finance systems into a unified platform.ResponsibilitiesLead an ERP transformation initiative supporting the consolidation of several HR and Finance systems into a unified platformSupport the RFP and vendor selection process by participating in demonstrations and evaluation activitiesDrive end-to-end program delivery for multiple workstreams, starting with financial modules and expanding into HR/HCM modulesDevelop and manage project plans, detailed requirements, business process design, and test cases while coordinating multiple projects simultaneouslySkills7+ years of Project/Program Management experience leading IT projects from inception through delivery for enterprisesAt least 2+ years of recent experience managing ERP transformation projects, specifically accounting/finance modules and HR/HCM modulesExperience with change management, process documentation, and strong project trackingStrong familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Lucid Chart, or similar platformsOne of the following credentials: PMP, CSM, CSPO, PBA, or CBAPBenefitsCompetitive compensation package.Full Benefits; Medical, Vision, Dental, and more!Employee Stock Ownership ProgramDedicated Engagement Manager who is committed to you and your success.Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceCompany OverviewIDR, Inc.
