[Remote] Senior Project Manager

MAES Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and deliver complex technology initiatives across cloud, identity, and enterprise transformation programs. The ideal candidate will manage multiple workstreams using Agile/Scrum methodologies while ensuring effective stakeholder management and successful project outcomes.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of IT projects and programs from initiation through closureManage multiple workstreams using Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery modelsFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectivesEstablish project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and governance frameworksDrive stakeholder management, ensuring clear communication and alignment across business and technical teamsPartner with product owners and business leaders to perform business analysis, define requirements, and prioritize workLead initiatives related to cloud platforms and identity solutions, including Okta, MFA implementations, and migration effortsOversee data and process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and service deliveryTrack delivery metrics, manage dependencies, and address risks and impedimentsEnsure compliance with enterprise standards, security requirements, and change management processesReport project status, milestones, and outcomes to senior leadershipSkillsStrong experience in Project and Program Management within IT environmentsProven expertise in Agile / Scrum methodologies, with the ability to adapt to hybrid modelsDemonstrated leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teamsStrong background in Business Analysis and Stakeholder ManagementExperience delivering Cloud and Identity Solutions, including: Okta implementations, Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA), Cloud and identity migrationsExperience driving data and process optimization initiativesFamiliarity with modern tools and delivery ecosystems (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms)Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience managing IT projects or programsDemonstrated success delivering complex technology initiativesExperience managing security, IAM, or compliance-focused projectsExposure to enterprise-scale cloud transformation programsKnowledge of DevOps or CI/CD delivery modelsCertifications such as PMP, PgMP, CSM, SAFe, or ITILExperience working in regulated or large enterprise environmentsCompany OverviewAt MAES Solutions, we deliver responsive, effective, and innovative solutions to our clients' needs in executive recruitment and IT services.
